Move the 8 shipped template epics and their 9 PRDs (incl.
coverage-architecture) to docs/work/archive/{epics,prds}/ so dispatch
context and prioritization only see live Veect work. The state builder
already walks docs/work/epics/ + docs/work/prds/ only; the one work-CLI
script that matched archive paths (bump-updated-timestamps.mjs, staged
docs/work/**/*.md) now excludes docs/work/archive/ so archived content
stays byte-identical.

Story 00 landed as 093de02 (reviewer-approved). Records the mid-flight
scope amendment (coverage-exclude calibration for the 4 packages whose
latent failures the provider outage masked) and adds the story-03
warning that breaking the package cycle triggers the repo's first-ever
real ESLint run.

First dispatched slice surfaced two pre-existing baseline gate failures
(turbo lint cycle via demo features; missing @vitest/coverage-v8 in 9
packages). Founder waived both with expiry conditions (lint until story
03's final deletion; L0 until new story 00 lands) — recorded in the
epic. Story 01 task 1 landed as 4d1d534, reviewer-approved.
