Veect retrofit (ADR-027): the product is a hosted SaaS built on
web-next; apps/web-tanstack existed only as template demo surface for
the TanStack Start framework path. This slice removes the app and all
wiring that referenced it:
- turbo.json globalEnv: WEB_TANSTACK_SENTRY_DSN,
VITE_WEB_TANSTACK_SENTRY_DSN, VITE_GIT_COMMIT_SHA,
SENTRY_PROJECT_WEB_TANSTACK
- .env.example: the same four DSN/release vars
- generator e2e fixtures that stripped deps from the app's package.json
- coverage diff comment + test fixtures referencing apps/web-tanstack
- app-list entries in README, CLAUDE.md (port table, Sentry projects),
AGENTS.md (tags, binder list, per-app docs), docs/glossary.md (App)
- pnpm-lock.yaml importer + orphaned transitive deps
Framework-support code in core packages stays: core-trpc's TanStack
provider, core-shared security/tanstack middleware, and the Sentry
react/node init adapters are generic TanStack support, not app wiring.
Prose in guides/ADRs/library traces is story 08 scope.

The bundle was authored 2026-07-10 for the Electron/local-first plan;
ADR-027/028/029 (2026-07-12) supersede it where they conflict. Prepend
a Repo supersessions section, add the Veect.dc.html ground-truth row
to the authority table (ADR-029 $5), and mark $3's 'codebase seeds
packages/editor' instruction as superseded.

Copy the founder's design handoff bundle (.proto/design/) into
docs/product/reference/ byte-for-byte so dispatch agents running in git
worktrees can read the HTML prototypes, veect-codebase/ prototype,
upload PNGs, and remaining bundle files (ADR-029: reference only, never
vendored into packages/). Ignore-list entries so whole-codebase auditors
and formatters skip reference material: .prettierignore (byte
preservation through lint-staged), .fallowrc.json ignorePatterns, root
ESLint ignores, and the coverage:diff allowlist in
scripts/coverage/diff.mjs (+ unit test). .DS_Store files skipped.

Story 00 landed as 093de02 (reviewer-approved). Records the mid-flight
scope amendment (coverage-exclude calibration for the 4 packages whose
latent failures the provider outage masked) and adds the story-03
warning that breaking the package cycle triggers the repo's first-ever
real ESLint run.

The template baseline shipped 9 packages without @vitest/coverage-v8
and documented an L0 invocation turbo cannot parse — the full coverage
sweep had never run. Adds the provider (pinned to the feature-package
spec), a root test:coverage script, corrects every live doc/prompt/CI
occurrence, and calibrates coverage excludes for the 4 packages whose
latent threshold failures the outage masked (framework glue only —
zero threshold numbers changed). L0 sweep now passes 21/21.
Squash of a284baa + 5c6af95 (worktree-agent-a013c67cea83b2636),
implemented and reviewed via the dispatch loop under the epic's
baseline waiver (lint pending story 03).

First dispatched slice surfaced two pre-existing baseline gate failures
(turbo lint cycle via demo features; missing @vitest/coverage-v8 in 9
packages). Founder waived both with expiry conditions (lint until story
03's final deletion; L0 until new story 00 lands) — recorded in the
epic. Story 01 task 1 landed as 4d1d534, reviewer-approved.

Sandcastle implementers run in git worktrees that contain only committed
files, so every PRD referencing the spec was unreadable to dispatch
agents while the bundle sat untracked in .proto/. The eight spec
documents are copied verbatim (filenames preserved) from
.proto/veect-product-docs/ and become the canonical source.
The stray veect-product-docs.zip at the repo root was already removed
before this change — that half of the task is a verified no-op.

Records the 2026-07-12 grill-session decisions repurposing this repo
for Veect v1 as a hosted SaaS: ADR-027 (hosted distribution +
control-plane/runner split), ADR-028 (iframe canvas), ADR-029
(DesignDoc v1 canonical + editor rebuild). Seeds the work pipeline
with the platform-retrofit and walking-skeleton PRDs (approved) and
adds the Veect product-domain section to the glossary. These
consciously supersede the .proto bundle's Electron/local-first
distribution decisions.
